Gratitude

We tend to think of Thanksgiving as a traditional American holiday; however, setting aside time to give thanks while holding feasts to celebrate a harvest are practices that can be found throughout the ages in cultures around the world.

And though our tables may be a bit smaller this year, these rituals of gratitude and breaking bread together are especially poignant during the challenging times such as we are all facing now.

And so in the spirit of challenge, resilience, and abundance, all of us at Sugaright want to take a moment to GIVE THANKS.

THANK YOU to our customers who trust us to deliver high quality liquid sugar safely, sustainability, and on-time even when confronted with the unpredictable nature of shifting demand for consumer products.

THANK YOU to our employees whose dedication has helped us navigate challenging circumstances caused by COVID-19. When deemed “essential” by the US government, our team took that responsibility seriously both in and out of the plants to stay healthy and safe to keep our refineries running without interruption.

THANK YOU to our long-term suppliers and our new raw cane sugar suppliers who came on board when the US sugar supply was inadequate to fill the demand for raw and refined sugar.

And THANK YOU to our other stakeholders who are necessary to ensure that our Thanksgiving tables are abundant with the sweet indulgences we all expect.
