Each of these small moments strung together creates a web of well-being that, over time strengthens our ability to notice the good and to minimize the negative.

Thanksgiving Day is a unique holiday dedicated to saying "thank you". This ritual of gratitude and breaking bread together may be especially poignant as recent years have taught us that we can no longer take a full guest list for granted.
